All classes are a full body experience, with each class also focusing on a theme that is beneficial to runners. We’ll focus on breathing, strength and recovery, however there are also opportunities to request class themes.

Runners’ Recovery
6pm BST (GMT+1)
Duration: 1hr

Unwind after a week of running with a slow Yin Yoga class to help recovery of sore and tired muscles

MEET OUR YOGA TEACHERS

Puja Amin

Puja will be leading the Breathing and Balance class on Mondays at 6pm BST (GMT+1)

Puja is a yoga entrepreneur and teacher, and in addition to being a practitioner for over seven years, she holds ERYT-200, RYT-500 and RYPT certifications, and has trained under Patrick Beach and Carling Harps of Awakening Yoga Academy based out of Seattle, Washington. 

 

Currently, Puja and her husband are Co-Owners of Movement Sanctuary and Liquid Sanctuary in Bandra, Mumbai’s top boutique yoga and float studio, where they cater to many athletes for yoga and sports recovery, including members from the Nike Run Club and Mumbai Marathon. 

 

Her classes are flowing, yet powerful, and infuse elements of meditation, pranayama, and mindfulness to the practice so students can fearlessly build a connection to their movements.

Jessica Sammoun

Jessica is our Program Coordinator and will be teaching the Strength class on Wednesdays at 9am BST (GMT+1)

“Hey I’m Jessica! Fitness, nutrition, and exploring my fullest potential in creative and out of the ordinary ways have always been passions of mine, and I wanted to share that with the world around me. After 3 certifications received in India and Sri Lanka, I am qualified to instruct Hatha, Ashtanga Primary Series, Yin, Vinyasa and Power flows! Each of these styles of yoga are uniquely their own practice however leave me and my fellow practitioners feeling very similar, light on our feet, strong and flexible in our physical bodies, and calm in our minds.

 

My focus has been to train all levels, especially athletes that are looking to improve their performance in sports, life, and overall well-being! Yoga is a holistic therapy, and I can’t wait to show you how.

“My name is Andrea Murillo and when I was 18 years old, I started my journey into the wellness & fitness world when my older brother took me with him to the gym he used to go and train. I signed up and started to discover the potential of my body and how good daily exercise felt then training & functional movement soon became part of my life.

 

A few years later I discovered the practice of Yoga and found it a perfect complement to develop my mobility, flexibility and mental wellness, especially when I started doing Trail Running, building my strength and endurance during training and racing.

 

I believe having a strong and balanced body & mind is something we all need to live a healthy and happy life. I learn Fitness & Wellness is not a trend but a long-life path and I am here to share with you and help you go through your journey together.”

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any point in time, either through your account or by replying to the confirmation email. There is no minimum contract period – it is on a month to month basis, so you can cancel anytime and won’t be billed the next month.

 

How does it work?

When you sign up you will immediately get login details to access the members area on our website where you will see the schedule for upcoming live classes and their Zoom access details. Class recoding library and a link to our community Facebook page is also found in your account.

 

What do I need to watch the live classes?

You can watch it on any phone or laptop with an internet connection.

 

Will the price change?

No, you will pay the same monthly price for the duration of your subscription, even if the price goes up for new members.

 

Can I request a class theme/topic?

Yes! We want to serve our members as best possible. If we receive requests we will cover it in a future class.
