Learn the foundations of yoga for runners, and become consistent in your practice. This program is structured in the form of a 30-day challenge and we challenge you to stay consistent for 30 days.
You’ll learn a new yoga posture or movement every day. We’ll show how you how to combine postures so that you can create your own sequences to help with tightness after running, and to build flexibility and strength in areas you need to work on.
Each posture is broken down in a 5 – 10 minute video tutorial where we show you how to do them safely and with maximum benefits. At the end you’ll have a good foundation for your yoga practice.
This 8-week Yoga for Runners Program is designed to teach you yoga techniques that you can use any time around your schedule to minimize the risk of injury, support muscle recovery and ultimately help you become a better runner.
If you would like to learn the basics of yoga for runners to build a good foundation for your practice and gain strength and flexibility, then this program is recommended.

This program can be used as a yoga flexibility toolkit for runners, because each of the classes have a specific focus. You can use them individually, but at the same time combine them to suit whatever your body is feeling at any given time.

Having a strong core is essential for efficient running. The result of core strength for runners is increased stabilisation within the torso. With a strong core, your pelvis, hips and lower back works together smoothly while running, resulting in less rocking and less excess energy expended.
This program will continue for 4 weeks, and each week we will focus on a different group of muscles within in the core. Although classes all have a specific focus, the exercises in each class will definitely work the entire core and body as well.

You will also learn breath control while flowing through postures, which you can implement in your running.
15 minutes per day for 5 days. Beginner friendly classes where you’ll learn techniques that can be used to supplement your running forever.

Day 1: Quick pre-run routine for a more comfortable run
Day 2: Hips, hamstrings and lower back release
Day 3: Core and glute strengthening
Day 4: Ankles, calves and knee care
Day 5: Post-run recovery sequence
All classes will also include an ongoing theme of breath control.

Yoga for Runners HQ Live is a membership program where you get access to live online yoga classes and all our programs. When you sign up you will immediately get login details to access the members area on our website where you will see the schedule for upcoming live classes and their Zoom access details. Class recording library and a link to our community Facebook page is also found in your account.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any point in time, either through your account or by replying to the confirmation email. There is no minimum contract period, so you can cancel anytime and won’t be billed the next cycle.
No, the price you sign up for is the price you will continue to pay for the duration of your membership, even when the price goes up for new members in the future.
